On Friday, March 28th, on the occasion of the Open Factory Schools, we had the pleasure of welcoming two final-year classes from the ‘Galileo Galilei’ Technical Institute in Conegliano for a morning dedicated to discovering our production world.
The initiative is one of the many activities that Gi Di Meccanica promotes throughout the territory and aims to develop technical and professional skills in the new generations, strengthening the dialogue between school and business.
The programme consisted of a structured path with different stages, during which the students had the opportunity to visit the main company departments and attend presentations on fundamental topics:
Each station offered an operational overview followed by challenges with quizzes and practical tests. At the end of the tour, the class with the highest score was awarded a professional kit of mechanical measurement tools, which will remain at the Institute.
In addition to the technical insights, the students had the opportunity to talk to our HR team, exploring the educational and professional paths in line with their field of study.
It was an educational and engaging experience, which we hope has filled the students with enthusiasm, curiosity and awareness of the working world – and perhaps even interest in a future with us.
A special thanks to all the students and teachers for participating!
