OUR METHOD

An integrated process for customized engineering solutions

We develop tailor-made solutions in close collaboration with our clients’ R&D teams. The DFM (Design for Manufacturing) approach allows us to optimize geometries, materials, and processes from the concept stage.
We offer our clients the service of creating both functional and aesthetic prototypes. These are produced through the construction of pilot tooling, mechanical machining, and 3D printing.
All production tools and components are developed in-house. Dies are designed and built in our internal toolshop with tolerances in the order of hundredths of a millimeter.
Manufacture of precision metal components using high-speed cold forming on automatic presses, with full control of the production process and traceability for every batch.
We maintain production quality by ensuring process stability. This is supported by 100% automatic in-line and off-line inspection machines, in-house metrology and testing laboratories, and certifications ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
