The following information is intended for natural persons, including professionals, sole proprietors, and representatives/contacts of companies, entities, associations and foundations.

Gi.Di. processes common personal data (e.g., personal details, contact information, work-related data, education and culture, image data) and special personal data (e.g., health-related data): this information may be collected from the data subject and/or from third parties.

  • A. Purposes and legal bases: Recruitment management and selection process: personal data are processed for all activities related to the assessment of profiles of interest.
  • B. Defensive purposes: the Data Controller may need to process personal data for the management of disputes and judicial or extrajudicial litigation.

Retention period:

The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but intends to communicate them to internal staff members authorised to process them in accordance with their respective duties, as well as to professionals, agencies or service companies (including those involved in personnel recruitment), labour consultants and the occupational physician.
If these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be appointed as data processors by means of a specific contract or other legal act.

  • Access: it is possible to know whether personal data are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to those data and request a copy thereof.
  • Rectification: it is possible to request the updating of personal data, their correction (if inaccurate data) and their completion (if incomplete data).
  • Deletion: it is possible to request the deletion of personal data under certain conditions (for more information, contact the Data Controller).
  • Restriction: it is possible to request that the data be marked to limit the future processing under certain conditions (for more information, contact the Data Controller).
