Purposes and legal basis of the processing
The Controller processes the personal data provided through this form solely in order to respond to incoming requests, for example to provide information about products or services (including the sending of brochures, catalogues and/or other corporate information materials), to provide quotations, etc. Therefore, consent is not required, as the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.
Data retention period
Where information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide a response. Where a quotation is requested, the data will be retained for a maximum period equal to twice the validity period of the offer, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to resolve any disputes that may arise (regardless of their outcome).
