A COMPLETE 360° SOLUTION

We round out our
process capabilities
with finishing
operations

Heat treatments and plating
We collaborate with leading industry partners to perform heat treatments and plating on our components. Internally, we have an induction hardening system that enables surface heat treatment, increasing the hardness and wear resistance of metallic components.
Mechanical finishing operations
We carry out a variety of mechanical finishing processes, including brushing, tumbling, polishing, aesthetic milling, and laser engraving.
Surface and decorative treatments
GIDI Manufacturing has departments for powder and liquid coating, as well as pad printing, for the decoration and marking of complex components. For other aesthetic finishing processes, we rely on specialized partners.

Our finishes

For impeccable aesthetics

TUMBLING

Removes burrs, sharp edges, and surface oxidation. We apply the process to aluminum, steel, and special alloy components to obtain a uniform final finish.

BRIGHTENING

Removes oxidation and dulling marks. With this treatment, we restore brightness and surface uniformity to the metal.

AESTHETIC CNC MILLING

CNC machining for high-quality aesthetic finishes. We apply this process to mechanisms and ski boot buckles with premium aesthetic requirements.

LASER MARKING

We perform permanent marking of logos, codes, and serial numbers. The process ensures high precision and involves no physical contact with the part.

E-COATING (CATAPHORETIC COATING)

Electrochemical treatment for corrosion protection. We select it for components exposed to particularly aggressive environments.

COATING

We operate powder and liquid coating systems. We coat approximately 1.1 million parts per week.

PAD PRINTING

Decoration and marking through pad printing. We produce 350.000 pad-printed parts per week.

ANODIZING

Surface treatment specific for aluminum. Available in multiple colors and thicknesses, it allows us to increase the corrosion and wear resistance of our components.

SUBLIMATION

Decorative technique through which we transfer highly realistic graphics onto metal surfaces.
